Work with your HR manager and come up with a profile of every employee and determine how much data or what kind of data each person can be privy to on your hard drives or cloud system. Then have your IT department issue each employee a password and limited access to your data.

Sometimes sensitive information gets leaked because you don’t have the proper security tools or software to prevent malicious software from entering your domain. So consult your IT department and upgrade your security tools and software so that outsiders won’t be able to hack your computers and steal important information about your company.
